Modern technologies in AZAR4® for your comfort

The AZAR4® mobile capsule was made in the form of a monolithic structure with cellular insulation. Thanks to this, we obtained the best possible insulation parameters and thermal comfort both during hot and extremely cold days. What is more, the streamlined and monolithic form of the capsule reduces wind resistance during travel, limiting fuel consumption and cooling down of the interior.

AZAR4®‘s design team has also developed a well thought-out and extremely effective ventilation system, which makes it possible to create an ideal microclimate inside the capsule without condensation and dew point. We have achieved this thanks to the mechanical ventilation system cooperating with the gravity ventilation system, as well as through the varied surface insulation of the inside of the capsule.

We took care of the appropriate microclimate and the well-being of travellers by ventilated spaces under the internal lining and expansion joints effectively removing used air from inside the capsule.

Efficient heating systems that are not afraid of Siberian frosts

Excellent insulation solutions, a monolithic construction and an efficient ventilation and expansion joint system enable efficient, fast and energy-saving heating of the capsule’s interior by an integrated interior heating system. This system adapts to users’ needs and preferences, providing them with a wide range of temperature and airflow control regardless of the conditions outside the car. We offer only the best and proven interior heating systems, including the Eberspaecher and Planar systems.

AZAR4® residential capsules are exceptionally well thought-out construction, which integrates systems and equipment elements in order to provide even greater comfort to users. When using the heating system in winter conditions, excess heat can be transferred to hot water heaters (e.g. to Truma thermae), effectively heating it without the need for additional electricity.
