Functional windows and doors

The AZAR4 mobile capsule is equipped with a functional and comfortable to use staircase door with solid protection. The door is protected from the outside by a lock and from the inside by a strong and extremely difficult to force through bolt.

The roof window is tightly closed and can serve as an emergency exit in case of an emergency.

Detection of gases and fumes with ventilation systems

Inside the capsule, we have mounted detectors of all common gases that may be emitted when you use the capsule. In addition to sensitive gas detectors, we have used a certified smoke detector inside the capsule. The detectors will immediately inform users of the danger by the acoustic and optical signals. We have placed an extinguisher inside, which will immediately extinguish the source of the spreading fire.

A modern ventilation and microventilation system is responsible for efficient gas removal from the interior. It effectively removes carbon dioxide and gases created during cooking on a gas stove, while providing fresh air from outside.

Thermal insulation and safe heating system

Excellent thermal insulation provides maximum comfort of use of the capsule regardless of the temperature conditions. Durable glass fibre monocoque body together with air insulation and modern insulating materials will minimize the risk of water condensation in the interior and effectively protect against heat on hot days and against cold and chill during frosts.

The heating and ventilation system of the renowned company Eberspächer is also responsible for thermal comfort. It is a dry heating system powered by diesel fuel. The system is equipped with an independent tank with precise temperature control and time settings.

Strong body and solid capsule mounting

 The mono-fiberglass body and the robust 4-place mountings of the capsule to the pickup load box protect against mechanical damage and unauthorized removal of the capsule. Moreover, the mounting system ensures safe transport of the capsule even in extremely difficult terrain. The AZAR4 capsule has a streamlined shape, which does not cause noise or excessive air resistance while driving.

A safe for those who want to protect their belongings to the maximum

At the customer’s request, we can install a 9-litre DOMETIC SAFE 310C safety deposit box in the capsule, which will ensure maximum protection of the travellers’ belongings. It is proven equipment of renowned companies

In the AZAR4 capsule we used only tested equipment of renowned companies. All converters, accumulators and chargers come from a proven distribution from leading manufacturers of electrical equipment and are accompanied by certificates and approvals. We have installed a service-free and acid-free battery in the capsule, and all electrical installations are made according to the electrical art.
Cables have increased cross-sections and are protected by appropriate electrical protection. The electrical system is equipped with a main power switch. The outdoor lighting is homologated. The DOMETIC gas stove is equipped with modern safety devices and allows for smooth regulation of the fire.

Furniture with functional locks

All the furniture used inside has safety locks used in campers and yachts. The furniture is made of durable and lightweight boatbuilding plywood, and its surfaces are protected by materials approved for contact with children.
