Chicken Risotto

Ingredients:

  • 350 g water
  • 300 g skinless chicken breast fillet
  • 150 g canned green peas, without marinade
  • 125 g of short grain rice
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons of 18% cream
  • Half a red bell pepper
  • Half a yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, ground, smoked

Preparation:

  1. Finely dice the onions and peppers.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add onions and peppers, fry until they become glassy.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  4. Season the chicken pieces with sweet paprika and salt, add to the vegetables and fry until the meat is browned.
  5. Add the rice to the pan, fry for a while until the grains become glassy.
  6. Gradually pour in water, stirring so that the rice absorbs the liquid. Repeat until the rice is soft.
  7. Once the rice is creamy and soft, add the cream and peas.
  8. Stir the whole thing until the ingredients are combined and the dish is hot.
  9. You can garnish the risotto with fresh herbs, such as chives, before serving.

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chopped garlic.
  2. Add passata, spices and dry lentils.
  3. Add ⅓ cup of water and cook over low heat until the lentils are tender. Add more water if necessary.
  4. Add grated cheese and cooked al dente pasta.
  5. Mix everything together and heat for a while in the pan.

  • 3 whole-grain tortillas

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 150 g water
