- Half a red bell pepper

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, ground, smoked
Preparation:
- Finely dice the onions and peppers.

- Bake the waffles for about 5 minutes.
- Serve with skyr yoghurt and fruit.

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 200 g oatmeal
- 150 g water
- 2 eggs
- 24 g dark chocolate
- Teaspoon of cocoa
- 2 tbsp oil
