What should you take with you for pickup camper trip?

Pickup camper is a functional space arranged in accordance with the latest trends. You will find in it (almost) everything you need during a few days of off-road trip, traveling around Europe, relaxing at the sunny beach or the foot of the mountain. There is a bedroom with a bed and a mattress, a couch for sleeping, a table, a sink, a two-burner gas stove, a few cabinets, and on special order: a tourist fridge, a washbasin, a toilet and a shower set. There is also light and, of course, entertainment, like a radio and a set of speakers. Do you have to take anything with you at all? It seems that the pickup camper is ready for the road. It  can have even a water tank, heating and air conditioning! We will cool your enthusiasm a bit, but only a little, because you need more things, but in a much smaller quantity than in typical campers, for example, the tank needs to be filled with water, but the kitchen does not need to be topped up with a gas stove. We have already done a lot for you, but now it’s your turn!

Cooking accessories

You have a gas hob, cupboards and even a piece of countertop. If you want, you can get a pickup camper with the fridge in equipment. However, there are no dishes in it – plates, pots, cutlery and glasses. You have excellent cooking conditions and it would be worth using, without good food it is difficult to talk about a comfortable rest. You don’t have to take with you a new tableware for 12 people and a set of pots with 3 pans. It all depends on how often and how much you plan to cook and what meals you will actually prepare. Whether you prefer fast one-pot meals or exquisite 3-course dinners, in a pickup camper you can cook practically everything! Everyone should have their own plate, cup and cutlery. A small and a larger pot and one pan will be useful for you. That should be enough for you.

In addition to cooking utensils and accessories, do not forget about grocery shopping before you go. Take a packed lunch, or you can put in the fridge some products that need to be stored in the right conditions. Caravanning people like to prepare their meals earlier, they pack them in airtight. Then all you need to do is heat up the meal and it is ready.

For caravanning people of the 21st century

There are power sockets in the pickup camper, so you can charge your phone and use your laptop.  Do not forget the charger, you can also take an extension cord, it will be useful, for example, during an evening party in the open air. You need to be prepared for every situation. Take a set of basic tools with you – a screwdriver, a hammer, a pocket knife, a French wrench and a flashlight. You may have to tighten the screw at the table or change the bulb (do not forget about the backup!).

Outdoor attractions

You can not deny that you’re a barbecue fan, do you? Evenings in the bosom of nature with a wonderful view of the mountain panorama or sunset over the ocean require proper setting. Take with you: a tourist grill, charcoal, kindling, a small table and folding chairs. Now you probably have everything,  and you can start the trip!
